We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Officer – Freelance

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Temporary
Responsibilities
- Approving job descriptions and advertisements
- Pensions and benefits administration
- Policy documentation
- Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures
- Plan and implement training programs
- Facilitating staff training sessions and activities
- Facilitating performance management
- Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
- Payroll Management
- Provide advise on Labour laws and best practices
Qualifications and Competencies
- Possess a B.Sc in Human Resource or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR assistant
- Excellent at Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word document)
- Good knowledge of labour laws
- Verbal & Written Communication
