Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
  • Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
  • Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs
  • Disposing of rubbish
  • Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 1 years work experience.

Job Title: Security Guard / Personnel

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Monitor movement of guest within the premises
  • Ensure search of all in-coming and out- going vehicles
  • Conduct proper search on contractors
  • Ensure vehicles are parked in an orderly manner
  • Conduct proper search of staff coming-in and going-out at all times and ensure proper documentation of staff valuables
  • Prevention of fire out break and fire -fighting.
  • Ensure the safety of lives, property and facilitation at all times.
  • Maintain a register of all goods and equipment coming into and going out
  • Participate in checking goods into the store and ensure they sign appropriate column.
  • To ward off intruders undesirable elements from the premises and its environs.

Job Title: Internal Auditor

Job Description

  • Carry out payroll audits before payments for proper accountability.
  • Monitor all revenue points in the hotel to ensure accountability.
  • Verify the physical checks of stocks in the stores with records.
  • Verity all stocks received into the stores and update the records.
  • Ensure monthly stocktaking exercise to ensure re-order.
  • Verify quotations of goods and consider them appropriately for action.

  • Carry out surprise cash counts on the cashiers.
  • Report all cases of improprieties, fraud, irregular practices, etc in writing to the CEO without delay.
  • Carry out system audits to ensure internal control is adhered to, and report exceptions for further necessary action.

Job Description

  • Responsible for maximizing a hotel’s revenues by developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of accommodation, meeting and leisure facilities.
  • Maintain awareness of the hotel’s facilities to the customers.
  • Responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities of the hotel.
  • Identify resources that appeal to customers’ satisfaction.
  • Monitor response of the customers using the hotel facilities.
  • Ensure that customers have access to the hotel information website for reservation
  • Act as public relations officer of the hotel.
  • Plan to develop promotions for the hotel
  • Collect contacts to reach potential customers for reservations
  • Ensure the comfort of the customers in the hotel.
  • Ensure increase of occupancy at all times.
  • Ensure building of a stable revenue base for high levels of repeat business
  • Develop strong customer relations.
  • Ensure protection of customers’ loyalty and reward customers who book regularly.
  • Work closely with the hotel management team to identify marketing priorities.
  • Review future booking levels to plan dates for promotions to increase occupancy rates.
  • Work with the event management team to schedule marketing to attract additional conferences and events.
