Responsibilities
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
- Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
- Responsible for collecting monies for bought items upon delivery to the customer.
Requirements
- A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider or relevant position.
- Familiarity with relevant routes.
- Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
- Ability to communicate, read and write.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
- Polite and able to get along with people.
Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- OND, HND, BSc / BA degree or equivalent
- Must have 3-5 years work experience
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Job Title: National Sales Manager, Veterinary
Location: Lagos
Department: Veterinary
Reporting To: SBU Head
Purpose
- To establish and grow Veterinary Vertical as a high potential and high growth business.
Key Accountabilities
- Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with the business objectives
- Sales of Veterinary products through various channels (Doctors, Vet Hospitals and Poultry Farms)
- salespeople train new sales people
- Report on regional sales results
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the areas of responsibility
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.Sc in Veterinary Science with sales & marketing experience or Business administration
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the sales of veterinary products
- Proven work experience in a similar senior sales role
- Qualified Veterinary Doctor (preferable).
