- Our client is a leading health-tech company based in Lagos, Nigeria is looking to hire a Healthcare Provider Management Executive who would be responsible for coordinating and administering all stakeholder activities and procedures adopted by the HMO to ensure an effective and efficient oversight on provider-enrollee relationship.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Sign up of providers across the country
- Provider selection and management: enlisting, negotiation, delisting, rewarding, training, enlightening
- Tariff negotiation and review
- International Providers selection and management
- Scheduling major and highly specialized patient procedure
- Utilization Review Management (total review of all enrollees that receive care within the period)
- Case Management – concurrent and post-management review with managing physicians
- Providers audit and quality assurance: this involves infrastructure audit, treatment protocol compliance, service quality
- Care review for admitted and complex cases in a secondary and tertiary care
- Review of care delivery protocols
- Analysis of hospitals tiers and capability
Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
- At least 3 years of Experience working as in provider management in a Healthcare Maintenance Organization
- An MBA would be an added advantage

Job Title: Junior Frontend Developer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- We are looking to hire a Junior Frontend Developer who would usecutting-edge processes and technologies to build scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant mobile and web-based applications and portals.
Responsibilities
- Apply usability principles and procedures as defined by UX/UI input.
- Build reusable code and libraries that may be used in future that save the business time in executing future projects.
- Translate user interface/user experience design wireframes into actual code that produces visual elements of the mobile and web-based applications and portals.
- Identify user interface issues and implements solution that lead to a more streamlined user experience.
- Design frontend code and sensitive user interface designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience as asexceptionally good coder withsufficient experience with functional programming, as well as experience building web user interfaces.

Job Description
- We are looking to hire a Senior Frontend Developer who would use cutting-edge processes and technologies to build scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant mobile and web-based applications and portals.
Responsibilities
- Builds prototypes that meet the project quality standards and requirements and find and addresses performance issues prior to releasing the finished product.
- Design and review code inclusive of efficient and reusable front-end infrastructure and components.
- Lead the junior Frontend team in building elegant and sophisticated user interfaces.
- Interacts and engage with consumers/users and involve technical support teams in understanding the needs of the consumer/user
- collaborates with designers, developers, and product owners in order to avail interactive and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with the user experience teams for the purpose of designing and implementing mobile and web-based applications and portals experience
- Monitor and mentor and guide junior frontend team members through proper execution of their tasks.
- Provide technical leadership and documentation to senior engineering leadership and key stakeholders, continuously informing them on progress and important details of projects at key phases of development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field.
- At least 7 years of working experience in a frontend development department, preferably working in a mid/senior frontend development capacity.
