Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Description
- The ideal candidate would be responsible for designing, developing, and auditing projects to ensure efficiency and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain documentations on the engineering aspects of all projects, specifying the specifications, standards, and design details for future reference.
- Work with the respective project manager(s) to plan and execute assigned projects within specified timelines while adhering to the budget, quality control standards, plan etc.
- Collaborate and maintain communication with the Project Manager and other project participants to ensure utilisation of efficient & effective methods that contribute to the profitability of the project.
- Develop and review the specifications of all equipment and metrics, initiating corrections when and where necessary all through the project lifecycle.
- Identify, outline, and prepare reports to relevant stakeholders on safety concerns on projects to ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies.
- Review contracting bids, project design, client/customer requests, standards of performance and cost estimates; ascertain & determine adherence to project specifications and quality assurance standards.
The Profile
- First degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical preferably)
- Masters in any Engineering field
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience working with companies into providing Power & Energy Solutions or Electricity Distribution & Transmission
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale/complex projects.

Job Title: Installation Technologist

Job Description
- The ideal candidate would be responsible for the installation and maintenance of all the company’s electronic systems and equipment.
- He or She will oversee troubleshooting system malfunctions and providing necessary instructions and guidance on the effective & optimal utilisation of the company’s equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot all equipment to ensure they function optimally and in line with project requirements and the manufacturers’ specifications.
- Carry out tests on all equipment, to ensure proper connections and functioning.
- Diagnose and carry out routine & periodic maintenance and repair of the company’s equipment; proactively place orders for parts required to carry out the aforementioned.
- Provide and prepare detailed and relevant reports on the company’s assets & equipment periodically to relevant stakeholders within the company.

The Profile

Job Title: Assistant General Manager – Generation

- The ideal candidate would manage the entire spectrum of generation services i.e., plant commissioning etc. and co-ordinate all new generation developments.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily generation project operations to ensure a positive, safe and profitable working environment.

- Review and understand the solicitation documents (draft, final, Q&A, amendments, etc.) and create / develop key proposal artifacts, such as the necessary templates and outlines to assist in developing appropriate content and compliant responses.
- Establish and maintain the schedule for development, review, and production based on the submission due date and requirements.
- Ensure all proposal sections / volumes use consistent language and can be read as “one-voice” throughout all submitted documents.
- Review terms and conditions of all contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements, and for financial viability. Resolve contract interpretation disputes with customers and subcontractors.
The Profile
- First degree in Business Administration/Management or any other related field.
