Job Title: Field Engineer

Location: Lagos

Summary

• At Solswt Engineering, we are passionate in using smart systems design and technology to make smart buildings and infrastructures. We are looking for passionate Field Engineer to join our operations team at Solswt Engineering. You will be responsible for maintenance and installation of Telecoms equipment.

Job Description

• You are responsible for providing service and customer support during field visits to customers.
• Responsible for planning, tracking and documentation of project works.
• Swiftly diagnose and clear any faults or alarms assigned by trouble ticket or ensure escalation within time period stipulated in SLAs to correct parties if unable to fix. To close or forward all trouble tickets promptly.
• You will be responsible for preparing electrical designs and layouts using AutoCAD.
• You would manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• You would diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Implement software changes as directed with change requests.
• Ensure maintenance work undertaken by team meets standard specifications.

Skills and Qualifications

• HND / B.Eng / B.Tech in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 2years experience in Telecom.
• Strong Knowledge of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) System is required.
• Must be able to use AutoCAD.
• Candidates without HND / B.Eng / B.Tech but possess 6 years experience can also apply.
