Job Title: Accounts Officer

Detailed Description

  • This position shall be responsible for account receivables, reconciliations, maintain asset register and classification and producing management accounts for decision making.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Candidates for this position shall possess BSc / HND in Accounting discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry and a member of the chartered Institute Accountants of Nigeria.
  • Being able to use accounting software is a precondition for this position.

Job Title: Confidential Secretary

Location: Nigeria

Detailed Description

  • This position is responsible for general office management for the CEO and producing draft and final correspondent going to stakeholders, regulators and customers.
  • Coordinating meetings and conferences without hitches and provision of secretarial needs is an integral part of this role.

Qualification and Requirements

  • The candidate for this position shall possess HND / BSc in Secretarial Studies with the speed of typing 120 words per minute and capable of using multiple office software applications.
  • The preferred candidate shall not be more than 40 years old with a minimum of seven years experience in organised business organisation.

Job Title: Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer / Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manger

  • The occupants of the above positions are determined by the years of experience and accomplishments of candidates and the complexity of the regions they may be posted initially. Our sales activities are regionalised as follows:
    • Mid west – Edo, Delta, Ondo, Ado Ekiti, Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi States and surrounding Area.
    • Rivers, Akwa Ibom and cross Rivers State, Imo, Abia and surrounding areas
    • Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun and surrounding areas
    • FCT Abuja, Kogi, Nassarawa, Niger and surrounding area.
  • Successful candidates shall be posted to any of these regions to undertake the role of promoting Natural Gas sales in industries and vehicles through PNG and CNG respectively; identifying prospective natural gas users, collection of equipment details; Gas Sales Purchase Agreement (GSPA) preparation and signing Coordinating with project and 0 & M team for timely commission and regular supply of gas to customers; Regular customer visit and retention with follow up on payment and future requirements.
  • A minimum of two years experience in Natural Gas sales and its applications as an energy source for power generators, boilers, furnaces etc is a pro-condition for this position.

Job Title: Fire Service Supervisor

Location: Nigeria

Detailed Description

  • The volatile nature of our product and the need to prevent and fight fire occurrence has created this position to take proactive measures to cob fire hazards and take care of emergencies arising from fire accident / incident and bomb alerts and advise on preventive measures.
  • The successful candidate shall report to the HSE Manager and with primary duty to inspect premises to identify fire hazard and the state and integrity of equipments and availability to fight fire outbreaks; organise fire drills and ensure that alarm systems are in perfect working condition; training of employees on appropriate use of fire prevention equipments and develop, plan, monitor, review, implement and evaluate the efficacy of fire prevention strategies overtime for management review and approval.

Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum qualification of Diploma with 5 years experience and training in a structure fire prevention management institution with appropriate certification.
  • Candidates lesser qualification but with longer service experience but not more than 45 years shall be considered.
  • The successful candidate must possess basic literacy, numeracy, communication and computer appreciation skills.
  • The applicants shall be required to pass psychological, physical and medical test.

Job Title: Corrosion Control Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Detailed Description

  • This position is responsible for planning, designing schedules and implementation of corrosion control strategies, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on the status of pipeline networks to ensure their integrity for continuous natural gas flow.
  • The successful candidate shall participate in HAZID and HAZOP reviews sessions and ensure that all recommendations are painstakingly implemented.
  • A working knowledge of paint application and control and metallographic procedure is required to be successful for this job coupled with the international standards and codes: – NACE, ASME, API, and ASTM for corrosion and control standards such as API-57I, API -580, API- 570 and API 510.
  • International best practices in pipe line and associated equipments integrity assessment must be ensured at all times by the position occupant. The successful candidate shall report to the operations manager.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Metallurgical / Materials Engineering / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 5 to 10 years experience in corrosion and metallurgical analysis and control in oil and gas industry;
  • Valid NACE specialist Certification or NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist or equivalent certification; Knowledge of SAP system.
  • The skills for this position occupier to be successful includes but not limited to problem solving, spoken and written English language, interpersonal and people management, Communication, presentation and Technical report writing.

Job Title: Manager – Health, Safety & Environment

  • This position reports to The General Manager and is responsible for addressing all aspect of HSE agenda by ensuring effective performance monitoring is in place analysed and reviewed periodically.
  • The role owns relationship with regulators and ensuring that all activities are undertaking to meet regulatory requirements and keep the regulators enrolled and engaged with forward plans.
  • An important aspect of this role is the building of organisational capability and culture such that HSSE considerations become an integral part of everything we do by providing high quality coaching, learning and development in the organisation.
  • This role provide support for productive activities to identify and eliminate hazards and prevent accident by proactively taking measures appropriately through training, effective communication, enforcement and compliance and other measures.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Degree / HND in Engineering or Physical Sciences and formal training in HSE with recognised qualification and certification with minimum 15 years working experience in the oil and gas industry with minimum of 3 years on similar HSE responsibilities.
  • The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate risk assessment techniques and experience at organising HAZOPS, HAZIDS, HAZAN and other reviews.
  • He / her should be able to demonstrate administrative skills and proficiency in typical office applications like Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
  • Other skills required for this position are fluency in English language and writing, planning, presentation and negotiation skills and ability to work with flexibility.

Job Title: Pipeline Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Detailed Description

  • This position reports to the Pipeline Manager and is responsible for executing pipeline engineering activities such as scope of work, design philosophy and criteria, pipeline routing & GIS, pipe sizing / hydraulics, wall thickness assessment, material selection, cathodic protection and coating, installation analysis, pro commissioning and commissioning, design and construct-ability interface, fitness for service assessment etc.
  • This role though technical in nature involves coordination responsibilities for men and materials.
  • The candidate is expected to demonstrate thorough understanding of overall pipeline system and an engineer’s role in design and management professionally.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Engineering Degree / HND with relevant professional certifications, 10 to 15 years experience in Pipeline / Mechanical / Civil / Materials or Metallurgical Engineering or related disciplines;
  • The candidate should have and demonstrate the followings skills in order to be successful in his role: strong communication skill, technical and leadership skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in the use of engineering and project software – AUT0CAD POMS, MS office suit, MS project etc are basic requirement.

Job Title: Pipeline Manager (PM)

Location: Nigeria

Detailed Description

  • This position reports to the GM Projects / HOD and the individual shall be responsible for assembling and organising a competent team to perform, complete and deliver projects in line with stated goals and objectives as outlined in the gas Pipeline Project Conceptual Study and approved program.
  • The PM is responsible for ensuring that pipe line and associated facilities are designed and installed in accordance with the goals and objectives as outlined in the conceptual study and as approved by management, project budget, project target cost project schedule for overall pipeline development schedule and commissioning of the gas pipeline.
  • The PM assist the construction and commissioning teams in building and commissioning the facilities to receive gas from the pipeline being constructed.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Engineering Degree / HND with relevant professional certifications, 15 to 20 years experience in oil and gas pipeline design, construction and commissioning;
  • Technical, negotiating and conflict management skills with contract and project management proficiency;
  • The individual must be a self starter, team player with strong man management and relationship skills,
  • Computer skills and proficiency in the use of engineering and project software – AUTOCAD, PDMS, MS office suit MS project etc are basic requirements.

Job Title: Operations Manager (OM)

Location: Nigeria

Detailed Description

  • This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the HSE compliance, effective cost and operational performance and integrity of Compressed Natural Gas stations operation and associated facilities and man power planning and optimal utilization in line with statutory and company standards.
  • The person for this position should be able to resolve problems related CNG stations operations and adjust and optimize the balancing of the process to achieve and improve production targets with minimum effect to the environment;
  • Strong relationship and man management skills to be able to handle internal and external stakeholders;
  • Industry commercial experience will be readily handy at every turn.
  • Commercial industry savvy in retail and wholesale natural gas sales processes is a sin qua non.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent with 15 years of related experience, four years of which should have been spent on as Senior Engineer / Senior Officer on PPMS, Compressors and Pumps.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HSSE concept and management techniques, hazard identification and risk management with the development and implementation of Emergency Response functionality, PTW system and ensuring capability.
