Job Responsibilities
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
- Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
- Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
- Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners
- Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of this company / division

Job Title: Brand Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

- Oversee front-end and back-end development teams and their projects
- Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with security regulations
- Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals and timelines
- Prepare and manage the engineering department’s budget

Job Title: Procurement Manager (Luxury Fashion Company)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Activate and lead sourcing strategies and processes
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proactively engage Business Partners to highlight potential use of diverse suppliers, identify savings opportunities, understand the requirements of the business, and support decision-making
- Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company
- Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing products and maintaining stock levels
- Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.

Requirements
