Job Description
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Must be social media savvy
- Has good telephone and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and word
- Must be flexible and live within close environs
- Opens and closes office during working days
- Make office purchases
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate should possess OND qualification with 1-2 years work experience
- Candidate must reside in Ikeja or its environs.
Salary
N30,000 – N40,000 / Month
Job Title: Business Developer (Officer)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Must have 2-5 years work experience
- Business Development skills
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
- Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients
- Candidate must possess knowledge of the solar power industry. He/She maybe a solar technician, solar engineer but is focused driven on Solar power marketing.
- Candidate must reside in Ikeja or its environs.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 / Month.
