Job Title: Delivery / Operations Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm’s logistics services
- Effectively supervise Dispatch Riders and plan routes for delivery effectively
- Oversee day-to-day office management tasks, ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to.
- Ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction achieved
- Manage all shipment at the hub.
- Keep records of deliveries
- Ensure Proof of deliveries are available for all deliveries
Requirements
- OND / HND in related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Logistics company is a must.
- Excellent ability to use MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Applicant must live within lyana – lpaja and Agege axis of Lagos State.
- Preferred candidate must be ready to work on Saturdays with a day off during the week.
Salary
- N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing business operations
- Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
- Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives(IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
- Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
- Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and other related fields.
- 10+ years experience in executive leadership positions / working experience in a print, media & advertising company.
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.
Salary
- N700,000 monthly gross.
Job Title: Finance & Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Manage company’s accounts payable and receivables.
- Maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
- Payroll administration and preparation of monthly sales reports for analysis.
- Filing of Tax returns on LIRS and FIRS.
- Keep and updates records for licenses and all necessary permits required to provide logistics services smoothly, ensuring renewal ls are processed when due.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, collating and filing expenses.
Requirements
- HND in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a Logistics sector or similar role
- Proficiency in Sage, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks.
- Tech Savvy.
- Applicant must live within lyana – lpaja and Agege axis of Lagos State.
- Preferred candidate must be ready to work on Saturdays with a day off during the week.
Salary
- N60,000 – N70,000 monthly.
