Job Description
- We are looking for a Business Manager who is well versed in managing business operations for a startup company.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate and oversee execution of company operations.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and internal policies as well as review policies where required.
- Work with and manage relationship with vendors, ensuring consistent supply of key resources.
- Responsible for overseeing employee activities and client relationship management.
- General book keeping of company accounts.
- Provide management with regular report on key areas within your unit.
- Liaise with the Legal team in reviewing contracts as relates to business operations.
- Ensure consistent supply of company resources such as Human resource personnel, material and equipment.
- Collect, research, track and analyze relevant business data.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as a Business / Admin Manager.
- Experience managing an organizations general operations.
- An Accounting background is an added advantage.
