Job Description
- Generate weekly sales
- Present, promote, and sell the brand’s menu to potential customers using all kinds of sales strategies and methods.
- Perform cost-benefits and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Achieve agreed-on sales targets and outcomes within schedule or time frame.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members
- Keep abreast of menu, promo and discounts
- Participate in training
Requirements
- SSCE or OND
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly motivated and the target driven
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Direct selling experience in Food or FMCG Sector will be an added advantage
- Preferably living on the island
Salary
- N40,000 monthly plus commission
Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Managing all affairs for your assigned branch and reporting directly to the Operations Manager within your region
- Serving as the top Bistro Cook in the branch
- Closely monitoring food preparations by all Bistro Cooks and Suya Chefs, ensuring that high quality and consistency is met according to food preparation guidelines
- Ensuring company policies are followed by all employees in your branch
- Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
- Training and developing new employees.
- Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
- Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
- Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
- Ensuring product quality and availability.
- Preparing and presenting employee reviews.
- Overseeing inventory and sales
- Assisting customers whenever necessary.
- Organizing employee schedule.
- Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
- Taking disciplinary action and reporting to Operations Manager
- Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
- Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
- Maintaining company standards.
- Supporting the Operations Manager as needed.

Requirements
- SSCE or OND qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
- Experience as Cashier, operating till and cash machine
- Good food preparation skills
- Preferably living on the Island
- Experience working in a restaurant will be an added advantage.
Salary
N70,000 monthly.
Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- Sooyah Bistro is seeking for a Dispatch Rider to assist with customer deliveries.
Job Description
- Reporting and liaising with the Branch operation manager on purchase, inventory, sorting, and stacking of stock
- Keeping a record and maintaining cycle counts of the entire inventory in the store.
- Receiving and verifying the inventory with the purchase order listings.
- Reporting loss, damage, and any such discrepancies to the Branch operation Manager
- Sorting all stock and stacking them appropriately after purchase.
- Maintaining proper documentation processed for the receipt of all purchases and supplies.
- Ensuring the timely dispatch of order(s) to the appropriate destinations.
- Coordinating and synchronizing work functions with the vendors, suppliers, and other internal departments of the establishment.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
- Must have a valid license
- Preferably living on the island
- Good communication, customer service, and organization skills
- Experience driving a bike or working as a dispatch rider is Compulsory.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 monthly.
Job Title: Bistro Cook
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- Sooyah Bistro is seeking a Bistro Chef to follow our menu and prepare fast food.
Job Description
- Closely studying and following Sooyah Bistro recipes
- Preparing food quickly, following the standard quality and measurement of Sooyah Bistro
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.
- Handle food as hygienically as is possible
- Remembering and preparing multiple orders and assembling them to customer satisfaction
- Able to cook in bulk and use commercial kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment are clean and well kept after use
- Must keep the kitchen and its surroundings clean at all times.
- Keep an inventory of all orders and stock
- Store everything properly and in order.
Requirements
- SSCE or OND
- Minimum of 1-year cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel
- Preferably living in or close to Ikeja.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 monthly.
