Qualification

  • Candidates should possess M.Sc. in Quantity Survey
  • Project Management certification is desired
  • Quantity surveying graduate with over 20 years (Post-NYSC) work experience in similar roles for a Construction company.
  • NIQS (Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors) Certified and QSRBN (Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria) Registered professional is desirable.

Knowledge Skills:

  • Practical mind with strong numerical and financial management skills
