Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

  • We are looking to employ a Maintenance Supervisor with an outstanding knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance who will be responsible for regular inspection of sites, executing work as necessary as well as maintaining equipment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
  • Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
  • Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance work.
  • Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
  • Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
  • Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.

Job Requirements

  • OND, HND, BSC in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Must have a of history of working on sites, hotels or any prominent facility
  • Must be City and Guild qualified
  • Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month

Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a well-organized Site Engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team.
  • The Site Engineer’s responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
  • Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
  • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
  • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
  • Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
  • Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or similar discipline
  • Must have between 10 and 15 years of cognate experience
  • Must be COREN registered
  • Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
  • Great leadership and organizational skills.
  • Superb project management skills.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 / month.

  • Our client is looking to hire a Lawyer who will be responsible for acting a general counsel to the organization, perform legal research, prepare legal documents and represent in criminal and civil court proceedings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Admitted Attorney of at least five years standing.
  • Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
  • Must possess litigatory experience
