Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Responsibilities
- Retrieve, review and update the technical descriptions for all electrical materials/equipment installed and in operational spares stock at COMPANY facilities
- Embark upon Site Visit to warehouses in order to carry out a detailed inspection (QA/QC) of electrical stock materials in order to ascertain their conditions.
- Update and populate all necessary templates required to load the updated technical description
data into the COMPANY’s CMIMS (SAP database) - Identify all requirements for material/equipment certification (ATEX, equipment, Mill test, Calibration, pressure test certificates, lifting certificates etc.) for all installed electrical materials/equipment and operational spare parts.
- Review material inventory in SAP and Identify and remove obsolete materials from FLOCs and replace them with current materials.
- Review on site and identify materials that are not found in SAP (missing BOM) and create them in line with COMPANY’s procedure for adding materials to SAP.
- Equipment Selection, Sizing, Evaluation, and Integration of newly installed ones to existing facilities,
- QA/QC inspection of incoming/delivered materials and outgoing materials and tools to be loaded to offshore sites
- Generate Equipment Specification, Data Sheets for Electrical Equipment such as Transformers, Electric Motors, and Switchgears.
- Perform Cable Sizing and Voltage Drop Calculations for newly introduced equipment
- Involved in COMPANY’s Drawings Review for Evaluation, Correction and Follow up.
- Determine Fault Level Current and Short Circuit Analysis for Switchgears, Transformers Electric Motors.
- Perform Assessment, Hazard Area Classification (HAC) of newly installed equipment and integrate them to existing HAC drawings.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external HSE Regulations and Specifications
Job Requirements
- B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related
- Preferably a NSE/COREN Registered Engineer
- Minimum of 10 years in similar role
- 7+ years experience in Electrical engineering design (onshore & offshore) within the Oil and Gas EPC (or related) environment.
- Must be familiar with relevant codes, standards, oil and gas industry design specifications and practices e.g. API, BS, ISO, ASME, ANSI, IEC, ISA, IEEE, etc.
- Must have a thorough working knowledge of the latest design engineering, analytical techniques and software programs
- Proficient in the use of CMIMS (SAP/UNISUP).
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and Motivate a team
- Capable with the following software: WORD, ETAP, EXCEL, SKM, DIAL LUX, MS PROJECT
- Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET) including (CA-EBS) training.
Job Title: Senior Instrumentation Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Responsibilities
- Review and update the technical descriptions for all instrumentation materials installed and in operational spares stock at COMPANY facilities
- Embark upon Site Visit to warehouses in order to carry out a detailed inspection (QA/QC) of instrumentation stock materials in order to ascertain their conditions.
- Update and populate all necessary templates required to load the updated technical description
data into the COMPANY’s CMIMS (SAP database) - Formulate a plan, review and analyze preventive maintenance strategy for the equipment instrumentation in order to achieve highest efficiency of the activities for reliable and safe operation.
- Identify all requirements for material/equipment certification (ATEX, equipment, Mill test, Calibration, pressure test certificates, lifting certificates etc.) for all installed instrumentation materials/equipment and operational spare parts.
- Review material inventory in SAP and Identify and remove obsolete materials from FLOCs and replace them with current materials.
- Review on site and identify materials that are not found in SAP (missing BOM) and create them in line with COMPANY’s procedure for adding materials to SAP.
- Provide technical advice during troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality back to normal.
- Attend to technical query by operation personnel and provide advice/solution according to best engineering practice to address issues which affect the operation.
- Monitor spare parts and inventory for critical instrumentation to ensure availability when required in order to minimize production interruption. Establish new inventory/cataloging where necessary. Update information in the inventory to ensure it is relevant for the current operation.
- QA/QC inspection of incoming/delivered materials and outgoing materials and tools to be loaded to offshore sites
- Provide technical inputs in full cycle of procurement processes for contract, materials and service requisition where required so that all technical requirements are addressed properly to protect company interest.
- Identify, study, propose, and implement area for improvement (project) in the field of instrumentation engineering to enhance operation and improve total equipment reliability.
- Develop the plan, scope and lead the execution of shutdown works for instrumentation to ensure completion within the specified window.
- Supervise work execution on site, develop procedures and instruction for either maintenance, shutdown or project to ensure compliance to safety, specification, standard and procedures in order to achieve highest quality of the work
- Ensure compliance with internal and external HSE Regulations and Specifications
Job Requirements
Key Skills and Abilities:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related
- 7+ years experience in Instrumentation engineering design (onshore & offshore) within the Oil and Gas EPC (or related) environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work with all levels of management and multinational staff.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work as well.
- Proficient in the use of CMIMS (SAP/UNISUP).
- Preferably a NSE/COREN Registered Engineer

Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and update the technical descriptions for all mechanical materials installed and in operational spares stock at COMPANY facilities.
- Embark upon Site Visit to warehouses in order to carry out a detailed inspection (QA/QC) of mechanical stock materials in order to ascertain their conditions.
- Update and populate all necessary templates required to load the updated technical description data into the COMPANY’s CMIMS (SAP database).
- Develop major equipment and material selection, and construction specifications.
- Ensure that all assigned activities and operations comply with applicable codes, regulations and laws.
- Identify all requirements for material/equipment certification (ATEX, equipment, Mill test, Calibration, pressure test certificates, lifting certificates etc.) for all installed mechanical materials/equipment and operational spare parts.
- Review material inventory in SAP and Identify and remove obsolete materials from FLOCs and replace them with current materials.
- Review on site and identify materials that are not found in SAP (missing BOM) and create them in line with company’s procedure for adding materials to SAP.

- Provides technical direction, support and information to other engineers, designers and drafters.
- Preparation and checking of all project deliverables including Specifications, Data Sheets, MR and TBE.
- Vendor Document Review of Pressure vessel, Shell & tube heat exchanger, Reactor, Process Column, Storage Tank, Air Cooled exchanger, other static equipment.
- Performs interdisciplinary checks as well as corresponding with vendors.
- Prepare equipment, material and man -hour estimates.
- Review contract requirements for project execution, identify technical requirements, scope of work; review Project specifications, Process Data Sheets (PDS), Piping Instrumentation Diagrams (P & IDs), Plot plans, equipment Layout Drawings, and other relevant documents.
- Review Project Design Basis, Prepare equipment Design Basis, Mechanical data sheets.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external HSE Regulations and Specifications.
Job Requirements:
Educational qualification required:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably a NSE/COREN Registered Engineer.
- 7+ years experience in Mechanical engineering design (onshore & offshore) within the Oil and Gas Design Engineering (or related) environment.
- Knowledge and experience in working with API and ASME codes and standards.
- Desirable to have familiarity with specifications and standards of international Clients like Shell DEP,Total GS, etc
- Shall be conversant with PV-Elite / Autopipe Vessel / Compress.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD & CMIMS (SAP/UNISUP).
- Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET) including (CA-EBS) training.
Job Title: Project Supervisor
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Responsibilities
- Management, co-ordination and supervision of the PROJECT work to ensure that the WORK is performed to the required schedule, quality and safety requirements.
- Prior to commencement of project, shall provide a Method statement or guideline document with
details of project execution plan (including MRP modification guidelines) for COMPANY approval. - To coordinate each stage of the project in collaboration with the relevant parties and ensure respect of the project requirements, budget and milestone. This shall include to monitor and control closely CONTRACTOR activities and propose the mitigation actions for any nonconformity or slippage (technical, budget, schedule).
- Provision of a detailed work guidelines/procedure and Job Safety Analysis and approved by COMPANY before commencement of project
- Management of Contrator’s teams performing tasks on COMPANY locations.
- To propose the organization for the execution of the project and manage the organization of the assigned project/s.
- To ensure the availability of the approved contractual documentation, approved budget and ensure the implementation as per requirement.
- To manage the preparation of any site work and manage the execution.
- Ensure the respect of approval requirements for each stage of the project.
- To promote innovation and the cost reduction solutions for all line of activities.
- To prepare and expedite the required report(s) of the project including for the purpose of the interfaces. This shall include provision of all relevant information required for project reporting.
- To be responsible for the issuance of project close out report and return of experience for project archive.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external HSE Regulations and Specifications
- To carry out any other duties/projects may be assigned to him/her by the hierarchy.
Job Requirements
- Engineering background with a minimum of 10 years experience in construction of O&G installations and project management.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in the use of CMIMS (SAP/UNISUP).
- Working Knowledge of: WORD, EXCEL, MS PROJECT.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
