Job Title: Excavator Operator
Location: Jere / Kagarko, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- Maneuvering motorized heavy euipment to ensure the accurate removal and placement of materials
- Loading and offloading rocks, debris, and other materials from heavy duty equipment
- Observing stipulated saftey codes at all times
- Communicating with coworkers to elucidate project specifications as needed
- Reporting injuries and other accicents to the Line manager
- Advising the Line Manager of requisite upgrades, repairs and replacements.
- Adding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organised at the end of each shift.
- Providing suggestions to refine workflow and boost efficiency.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 5 – 15 years work experience.
Job Title: Crusher Electrician
Location: Jere / Kagarko – Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electricial compotents of the crushing machine
- Responsible for operating, changing over, setting, repairing and improving on fillers: packaging equipment, combining equipment, and providing support for the workings of auxillary equipment
- Responsible for calibrating and checking instruments.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations
- Abreast of the utilization of every tool, which may include drills, mechanical saws, sanders and buffer.
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment, and perform repair on them when necessary.
- Troubleshooting: identify a problem and proffer logical solutions to them.
- Browse blueprints and lots of schematics, and use an array of tools and diagnostic devices to service and install electrical compotents.
- Work as a team member or alone to complete codes.
- Make decisions based on technnical documents.
- Perform quality testing and inspection.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
- Must have 5-15 years work experience.
Job Title: Weighbridge Officer
Location: Jere / Kagarko – Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all the safety procedures/requirements while executing your duties.
- Safeguard the company against the loss of revenue or stocks by ensuring that all trucks in and out of the Plant are weighed appropriately and report any exceptions to your supervisor immediately.
- Ensure that the truck is properly positioned on the weighbridge then receive the loading/delivery documents from the driver to verify that they match the physical truck on the weighbridge.
- Retrieve the trucks details and take the first weight. On the inbound process, check first that the weight is optimal; if the truck is overloaded reject it by denying it entry into the Quarry and informing the security officer so that they can ensure that the truck exits.
- Issue the loading document to the driver on the outbound process and release the truck for loading/off-loading.
- Following truck loading and proper positioning on the weighbridge, take the second weight if it is within the set tolerance limit. If the truck is under /overweight, print the rejection slip with the reason indicated, issue it to the driver and send him back to the Packing Plant for corrective action. This case must be recorded in the exception case report.
- Following truck off-loading and proper positioning on the weighbridge confirm the truck has off-loaded all the material. If for some reason, the truck has not off-loaded everything, acknowledge the transaction in WIMS as a part receipt and take the weight. If the truck has off-loaded all the material, acknowledge the transaction in WIMS as a full receipt and take the weight.
- Following second weight, the weighbridge ticket and delivery note/goods issue note will be printed. Issue the relevant copies of the documents to the driver and retain the rest for eventual forward to customer service center/production clerk and own filing.
- Prepare daily weighbridge reports and treat all documents/information as confidential. It is considered unethical to divulge any information to external parties without authorization.
- Check proper function of the weighbridge, communication and computer equipment and timely replacement of printer cartridges and printing paper to avoid any truck delays. Report any malfunction immediately it’s noted as per the escalation procedure and follow up on the repair.
- Ensure proper housekeeping around the weighbridge and especially the gaps between the weighing platform and the foundation for accurate weighing.
- Ensure that any exceptions are brought to the attention of the management as necessary to protect the company’s interest

Job Title: Truck Driver
Location: Jere / Kagarko, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract
Job Description
- Drives truck equipped with dump body to transport and dump loose materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed rocks, coal, or bituminous paving materials.
- Inspect vehicle, track, and log any mechanical problems,
- Defect and eliminate safety hazards during working hours,
- Adhere to all company policies and HSE regulations for safe working procedures and environment,
- Transport blasted rocks from origin to destination in a safe and timely manner
- Cleaned Trucks often and report problems to the mechanic for immediate repairs,
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading equipment are properly positioned
- Inspect tyres, lights, brakes and gas, oil, and water levels
- Follow general orders from foreman, and city and state inspectors.
Requirements

Job Title: Heavy Duty Mechanic
Location: Jere / Kagarko, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- Meet with operators to better understand their concerns and identify the issue
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
- Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems
- Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades
- Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records
- Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary
- Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures to machine and vehicle users
- Perform vehicle assessments and alert clients on issues that will prohibit their vehicles from passing inspection
- Additional tasks will be added in due course to be undertaken
Requirements

Job Title: Wheel Loader Operator
Location: Jere / Kagarko – Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
- Keeping the work place area clean and tidy.
- Working in accordance to the Company’s health and safety, environmental and other standards as they apply to the process.
- Movement of material.
- Carry out daily checks in accordance with company procedures and site working plan.
- Maintaining standard operating procedures as required.
- Inspects shovel loaders for defective parts and notifies supervisor of defects or malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance work such as cleaning and lubricating of shovel loaders.
- Perform routine maintenance work such as cleaning and lubricating of refining equipment. Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
- Use radio frequency equipment as required.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess FSLC, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
- Must have 5-15 years work experience.
