Job Details
- The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for selling company products, business and market development.
- Successful candidate’s key duty is to achieve the required coverage- geographical and customers and retail shelve-presence while actively push the company products/SKU through the channel.
Requirements
- B.Pharm or HND / B.Sc (Life Sciences)
- 2 or more years of pharma sales experience and record of positive performance and achievements
- Strong intellectual analytical and communication skills
- Problem-solver and self-motivate/self-starter with definite ability to work without insignificant supervision
- Ability to drive, with valid driving license.

- These are independent sales people who will run the business at their self-direction and time-discretion.
- They will be expected to sell to and develop, manage and grow our relationships with wholesalers, distributors, especially in the pharmaceutical distribution hubs/clusters.
Qualification and Requirements
- B.Sc / HND / OND in the Biological / Human Sciences
- Knowledge of and experience in the location of choice is required
- Previous pharmaceutical selling experience, with existing contacts/networking the town/territory of interest is a pre-requisite. Age and background is no barrier no barrier.
Compensation

- However, PSAs will be compensated through a generous commission and a limited support.
Job Title: Business and Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The incumbent shall be responsible for strategy, planning, execution and supervision of sales and marketing functions for the company.
- Reporting to the Managing Director, he/she will propose sales, market and marketing objectives and see that they are achieved.
Requirements
- B.Pharm / B.Sc or equivalent. Possession of an MBA a definite advantage
- 1-2 years experience team-leadership, including multinational and indigenous- concerns work-environment.
- Track-record of superior performance, across regions and segments
- Regional/Area Sales Leaders with at least 4 years experience across multiple-regions and a track record of performance may be considered. Large indigenous company experience provides additional advantage
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience in managing a sales team of up to 15 or more
- Ability to work without significant supervision and self-driven.
