Purpose
- We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us in our mission to roll out our flagship digital real estate to drive growth with a focus on ultimately accelerating our strategy.
Key Deliverables
- Develop the property portal with a large database of properties and real estate data, ensuring high availability and optimal operational performance together with other subsidiary websites and portals.
- Oversee our digital technology solutions through best-in-class software systems, utilizing a service delivery model to deliver value within a clear, consistent and measurable framework.
- Oversee the Digital real estate strategy
- Provide assessment, technology roadmap, transition and integration services as well as a continuous improvement-based support model to ensure user friendly, client relationship digital property management
- Oversee the group’ s digital strategy
- Managing product knowledge base for implementation and delivery
Qualifications
- B.Sc or B.Eng. in Computer Science, Engineering, or another similar field
- MBA or similarly relevant graduate degree would be an asset
- Previous work experience as a Chief Technology Officer or another similar leadership role
- Experienced in full-stack software development, leading a team, and developing software applications in Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP and other web and mobile technologies.
- Background in web data mining, developing machine learning applications using Python, Scikit-learn, NumPy and TensorFlow. Flexible and collaborative with strong skills in teaching, training and managing multiple projects.

Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified Real Estate professional who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business.
- You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.
- You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers.
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.

Qualifications
- B.Sc in any relevant field
- Excellent negotiation skills with clients and other realtors to arrive at agreeable sales terms

- Strong time management and organizational skills to keep track of appointments and commitments with buyers and sellers
- Outstanding promotional and marketing skills to attract buyers and establish their client base through referrals, advertising and outreach
