Job Title: IT / Technical Support Officer

Job Description
- Installing and configure computer hardwares, softwares, network and printer.
- Setup, monitor and update user accounts, groups and permission, using active directory.
- Provide timely tier-11 support and resolve tickets related to hardwares, softwares, network and printer.
- Repairs, refurbished and replace equipment when necessary.
- Perform data backup and disaster recovery operations.
Education
- B.Sc / HND in Computer Engineering Technology / Science.
- CCNA certificate will be an added advantage.
Required Experience:
- 2 – 3 years of experiences in similar role.
Competencies:
- Proficient in network and server management and troubleshooting.
- Excellent configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switch and firewalls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure, office 365 and Dynamic ERP.
- Sound working experience of windows server, active directory, DHCP and DNS.
- Outstanding communications (Oral and Written) and Agile project management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
Remuneration
N80,000 monthly gross salary.
Job Title: National Sales Coordinator
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Business Development and/or the CEO include:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with business development unit on lead generation.

Requirements

Job Title: Senior Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities Under the Direct Supervision of the Director of Business Development and/ or the CEO include
- Projects planning, scheduling and management.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
- Conducting market research to identify market trends, new business opportunities and competition.
- Analyse and/or draft proposals, concept paper, project and business plans, feasibility and technical reports, EOI, etc – a MUST.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Requirements
