We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Agronomist

Locations: Kano, and Oyo

Job Description

• Good Knowledge of vegetable seeds
• Deep understanding of the latest trends and technology in agronomy.
• Training farmers the agronomical practices of Vegetable farming.
• Identification of potential market and customers.
• Planning and execution of farmer’s promotion activities.
• Generating crop performance report.
• Prepare and analyze data.
• Conduct farmers’ training and field trials.
• Carry out market research and feedback.
• Conducting farmer’s survey in villages and data analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in agronomy.
• Masters degree in agriculture, agronomy or crop science
• Outstanding research and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to speak Yoruba or Hausa.
• Willing to travel to other parts of the country.
