Job Title: HR & Admin Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the process of recruitment, placement and onboarding.
- Manage the process of Employee benefits and Compensation.
- Responsible for facility and utility management.
- Manage daily office operations and provide support to senior management.
- Ensure appropriate HR polices and procedures are up to date.
- Facilitate the dissemination of corporate cultures and values of the company.
- Implement the company’s corporate communication policy.
- Assist in the implementation of efficient and effective HMO management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements
Qualifications
- B.Sc qualification in Human Resources or any related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years work experience.
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
- Candidates should be resident in Abuja.
