Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Brief
- We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
- As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
- Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
Work Hours:
- 8 AM – 6 PM (3 days physically and 2 two days virtually).
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Must have 1-2 years work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a huge advantage.
Salary
NGN 50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Attending to customer inquiries in a smart and delightful manner
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Responding to both online and on-call customer
- Understanding what it is you’re selling to the customer
- Be ready to educate the customer on the services you’re providing
- Work Hours: 8 AM – 6 PM ( Can leave if daily tasks are completed before 5 pm) – 5days a weeks based on shifts (including weekends)
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years work experience.
- Ability to work in a team

- Assertive
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Previous experience in a similar role is a huge advantage.
Salary
NGN 40,000 – 50,000 Monthly.
