Job Title: Technical Sales & Application Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Job Scope

  • Responsible for promoting sales of Career Commercial air-conditioning products, accurate product designs/Cost estimations, technical proposals, and sales presentations.

Job Roles

  • Professions) handling of customer enquiries
  • Identify potential customers and projects for Carrier commercial products.
  • Cooling load estimates, HVAC product design/software selection
  • Project Proposals/Customer sales presentations
  • Site visit to access project quotation
  • Cost estimation of overseas products and ensure profitability.
  • Sales and offer report preparation/presentations.
  • Provide technical supports to both Potential and existing customers.
  • Sales follow up and customer engagements.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, specialization in Building services/HVAC will be an added advantage.

Post Qualification Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years post NYSC experience in Technical Sales of Commercial Air-conditioning systems, representing an OEM brand preferably.

Competence:

  • Good technical knowledge of commercial air-conditioning systems & applications
  • Excellence sales and negotiation skills
  • Good Communication skills – written, verbal & presentation.
  • Proficient itt the use of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, HVAC Product software, MS Project &Auto CAD.
  • Excellent team player.

Job Title: HVAC Project Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Job Scope

  • Responsibility to include developing a project brief, completing detailed designs and specifications, calculating costs, and overseeing projects from installation to completion.
  • Other activities could include surveying and reporting on existing installations, and monitoring compliance with project requirements.

Job Roles

  • Attends to project enquires from clients/Provide Technical Supports.
  • Site visit to access project quotation
  • Cany out detailed HVAC Design, calculations, and drawings.
  • Prepare HVAC quotations In response to client enquiries.
  • Prepare Workshop/As-built drawing.
  • Co-ordinate and plan HVAC projects for clients from conceptual design through to dose out.
  • Create specifications, co-ordinate procurement of materials and ensure delivery to client.
  • Where required, candidate may need to travel for installation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc / B.Tech / HND qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Post Qualification Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience with similar job roles in the HVAC Industry.

Competence:

  • Proficient in Auto CAD MEP, Revit, HVAC Design Software’s and Microsoft Packages
  • Good communication skills (written and oral).
  • Knowledge of HVAC discipline and systems.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative,

Job Title: Tax Compliance Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Scope

  • Manage the tax function of all arms of the Group to ensure total compliance through effective and proactive tax planning and control.

Job Roles

  • Serve all arms of the Group on tax matters.
  • Develop and maintain a tax compliance calendar for the Group to ensure that every entity of the Group complies with all relevant tax obligations.
  • Manage the WHT assets portfolio of the Group.
  • Ensure all tax submissions, remittances and returns are timely and accurately rendered.
  • Constantly watch out for new tax laws and policies as they are issued by different tax authorities for adoption and Implementation.
  • Professionally and creatively respond to desk review queries promptly.
  • Prepare for and manage tax audits at State and Federal levels.
  • Ensure that corporate and staff annual tax clearance certificates are obtained timely.
  • Generate monthly compliance report.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND qualification in any discipline. Recognized professional qualification in accounting and taxation.

Post Qualification Experience:

  • 5 – 7 years post-qualification experience in a tax-related function of an audit/accounting or a tax firm of good standing or the tax unit of a company, group of companies or government tax agency.

Competences:

  • Sound knowledge of tax planning and management
  • Current knowledge of withholding and value added tax operations.
  • Good communication and persuasive skills – written, verbal & presentation.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Above average in computer proficiency.
  • Must have poise, charisma, energy, and versatility.

Job Title: Financial Controller

Location: Nigeria

Job Scope

  • General management and control of the finance and accounting functions of an arm of the Group.

Job Roles

  • Act as the budget manager, clarifying modalities for budget inputs and collating budget and financial plan for the Division based on research, inputs from budget holders and primary financial data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to generate results, identify trends and produce reliable financial forecasts.
  • Liaise wIth and clarify queries/observations by both the internal and external auditors.
  • Effectively manage working capital for the business.
  • Continuously improve efficiencies; Initiate and manage cost reduction strategies.
  • Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing coaching.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in any discipline. Recognized professional qualification in accounting, including international Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Possession of a masters degree confers an additional advantage.

Post Qualification Experience:

  • 8 – 10 years post-qualification experience In a well-structured finance unit of a reputable organization or top-tier accounting firm.
  • Not less than 3 years as a senior accountant or manager.

Competencies:

  • Excellent knowledge of tax, accounting, and financial management.
  • Tip-to-date knowledge and application of IFRS.
  • Sound analytical nd problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and persuasive skills – written, verbal & presentation.
  • Outstanding rnansger of human and material resources.
  • Above average in computer proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Navlsion Dynamics (not compulsory but desirable).
