Job Title: Instrumentation Technician

Job Description
- This position reports to the Project Manager / HOD and the individual shall be capable to understand P&ID drawing, instrument location layout, instrument loop drawing to carry out commissioning and O&M activities.
- Experience in calibration, testing & troubleshooting of gas processing facility instruments such as pressure gauge, pressure transmitter, level transmitter, flow transmitter, instrument tubing & fittings installation, F&G instruments, Pneumatic valves, wellhead valves.
- Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems.
- Knowledge in PLC, Modbus communication, TCP / IP communication, Profinet, fiber communication.
Qualification / Skills / Requirements
- Engineering Degree / HND in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control or any other equivalent certifications with relevant professional certifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in gas processing plant commissioning and operation & maintenance.
- Technical, negotiating and conflict management skills with contract and project management proficiency;
- The individual must be a self starter, team player with strong man management and relationship skills.

Job Title: Control Room Engineer / Senior Operator

Job Description
- This position reports to the Project Manager/ Production HOD and is responsible for the control room operations in the gas processing plant.
- Installation, commissioning and operational & troubleshooting experience in Oil & Gas processing facilities and wellhead.
- Logging and data analysing of Well head parameters and processing plant parameters. Experience in Gas Dehydration Unit, high pressure separators, Indirect Water bath Heaters.
- Instrument Air Dryer System, Gas Compressor, Fuel Gas conditioning Skid. Must have experience in PLC, SCADA, Cause & Effect Matrix, Emergency shutdown system.
- Experience in Safety system such as PTW, fire monitors & hydrants, Fire & gas detection systems.
- Planning & execution for the manpower, equipment, tools, materials and design necessary to support your schedule will be available.
Qualification and Requirements
- Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent with 10 years of related experience, four years of which should be in processing plant supervisory position.
- Knowledge and understanding of HSSE concept and management techniques, hazard identification and risk management with the development and implementation of Emergency Response functionality, PTW system and ensuring capability.

- This position reports to the Project Manager / Electrical HOD and is responsible for executing the electrical maintenance in gas processing facility.
- The person shall install, maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls.
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations and carrying out tests or trials, process control.
- Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
- Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
- Maintain, repair, install and test switchgear, switchboard meters, regulators and reactor.
- Maintain, repair, test and install electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance programs, keep maintenance records, record labour, materials, and equipment used.
- Must be familiar with industrial and electrical standards.

- Experience in preventive & breakdown maintenance of pumps, compressors, engines, separators, GDU, fuel gas conditioning skids, heaters, pipeline components and isolations, reinstatement of plant and equipment.
- Experience in safety systems such as PTW, Toolbox talk and Risk Assessment system.
- Maintain tools & spares inventory and check list of planned maintenance work & other documentation.
- Logging and maintaining field parameters and Start up, operate, monitor & shutdown of gas processing packages.

Job Description
- This position reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for addressing all aspect of HSE agenda by ensuring effective performance monitoring is in place, analyzed and reviewed periodically.
- The candidate shall have experience in upstream gas processing facility.
- The role owns relationship with regulators and ensuring that all activities are undertaking to meet regulatory requirements and keep the regulators enrolled and engaged with forward plans.
- The candidate shall have the experience in firefighting techniques, PTW system, processing plant safety principles & procedures. Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for commissioning, start-up and Operation & Maintenance activities.
- This role provide support for productive activities to Identify and eliminate hazards and prevent accident by proactively taking measures appropriately through training, effective communication, enforcement and compliance and other measures.
Qualification / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management System with minimum 10 years’ experience in Health, Safety and Environment and Fire Services in hydrocarbon processing plant, of which 5 years should be in a supervisory capacity on similar HSE responsibilities.
- The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate risk assessment techniques and experience at organizing HAZOPS, HAZIDS, HAZAN and other reviews and well versed with International & Nigerian safety standards.
- He should be able to demonstrate administrative skills and proficiency in typical office applications like Word, Excel, Power Point etc.

Job Title: Fire Service Supervisor
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- The volatile nature of our product and the need to prevent and fight fire occurrence has created this position to take proactive measures to cob fire hazards and take care of emergencies arising from fire accident/incident and bomb alerts and advise on preventive measures.
- The successful candidate shall report to the HSE Supervisor and with primary duty to inspect premises to identify fire hazard and the state and integrity of equipments and availability to fight fire outbreaks; organise fire drills and ensure that alarm systems are In perfect working condition; training of employees on appropriate use of fire prevention equipments and develop, plan, monitor, review, implement and evaluate the efficacy of fire prevention strategies over time for management review and approval.
Qualification / Requirements
- A minimum qualification of Diploma with 5 years experience and training in a structure fire prevention management institution with appropriate certification.
- Candidates lesser qualification but with longer service experience but not more than 45 years shall be considered.
