Job Description
- Research and develop relevant course materials to achieve training objectives.
- Coordinate training activities for clients including post-training reports.
- Manage relationships with clients, facilitators, and related vendors.
- Source for training partnership with organisations
- Evaluate the success of training programs and recommend improvements to management.
- Develop training programs.
- Partnering with Marketing Agencies to create branding documents and marketing content.
- Overseeing the use of learning management system.
- Select and assign facilitators to conduct specific training programs.
- Work with IT logistics officers to ensure all software and hardware are available and functioning prior to commencing training programs.
- Facilitate training courses.
- Organise and edit training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Independently fulfil duties using technological tools that are required.
- Create and manage the budget for training projects.
- Create reports and recommend courses of action to management.
- Evaluate competitor data and statistics to develop business strategy and drive growth.
- Support financial advisory team with research and developing reports.
- Any other responsibilities that are assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc in any field related to Social and Management Sciences.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in a related role.

Job Title: Head of Operations (Microfinance Bank)
Location: Okitipupa, Ondo

Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate branch operations on daily basis
- Maintain a highly motivated, skilled and well-trained workforce in banking operations
- Ensure that all activities and processes undertaken by operations Unit are in conformity with set standards pertaining to banking policies
- Safeguard customers’ data and protect against fraud.
- Establish and review key operational risk indicators/key control standards and formulate action plans to minimize the Bank’s exposure to fraud and losses.
- Manage the Bank’s operational risk exposure by supporting the Business to identify areas of operational risk exposure and by developing and implementing corrective action.
- Design, develop and keep updated the Banks’ Operations Manual and ensure compliance to all operational guidelines, processes and procedures.
- Responsible for re-engineering business processes to improve customer service, cost-effectiveness and controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relating to Banking Operations.
- Ensure that effective documentation is in place, in the form of user guides and implement operational improvements to reduce operational costs, tighten controls to improve service quality and customer service.
- Manage the Banking Operations Department (staff and budget).
- Central Operations – Account Services, Clearings, Payments, Cash Management and Reconciliation
- Card Operations – Account Services, Chargeback & Fraud & Reconciliation of the Bank’s debit card activities
- Trade Finance Operations – Import / Export LC’s, Supply Chain Finance and Invoice Discounting
- Credit Operations – Loan sanction fulfilment, & administration distribution (Retail, Business, Commercial and Corporate and Institutional segments) whilst ensuring the identification and management of underlying operational risks.
Qualifications
Applicant must possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND from a recognized institution in any discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Banking/Microfinance institution will be an added advantage
- MCP Certification in microfinance banking will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of Banking procedures and policy principles at all levels
- Thorough knowledge of Cash Management, Account Services, Clearing and Payment functions
- Extensive knowledge of Treasury Operations and Trade Finance
- Understanding and application of Best Practice in all areas of Operational Banking with ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Analytical and practical understanding of workflow, capacity planning / optimisation and process implementation
- Ability to recognise problems and apply Risk Management techniques to address them.
Job Title: Internal Auditor (Microfinance Bank)
Location: Okitipupa, Ondo

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and or conduct periodic reviews of the corporate departments and submit of reports on same in accordance with the approved audit plan, policies, processes and audit manuals.
- Coordinate the planned audits to ensure targets as met as intended.
- Advice on the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls over those activities based on levels of exceptions observed in the periodic audits.
- Participate in the periodic external or internal/on the job-trainings of the bank.
- Carry out special investigation as may be directed by the HOD and management.
- Provide assistance to external auditors and the regulatory bodies as requested.
- Special duties and projects as may be assigned.
- Carry out fixed asset and stock of stationery review of the bank for cost control or reduction.
- Review of compliance to the banks policies and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct periodic spot check on departments and submit report on the exercise.
- Follow-up to determine compliance with audit recommendations and adequacy of corrective actions.
- Supervise and support members in audit team during and after audit exercise.
- Ensure efficiency and high quality work in audit exercises.
- Ensure that the unit maintains up-to-date and accurate records of audit reports and performance evaluations.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related area of study and a Professional Certification in Accountancy Profession.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- Direct experience in Audit and Compliance required. Good knowledge in auditing plus a thorough understanding of Microfinance Bank business and accounting practices. Audit experience in financial service sector is preferable.
