Job Description
- Our client, a plant shop in Lekki Phase 1 is recruiting for the position of Personal Assistant to help the CEO with managing the shop and assisting with other executive duties.
- This is a fun and exciting job for an ideal candidate who is energetic, sales oriented, organised and professional. Training and support will be provided
Minimum Job Requirements
- SSCE or OND from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Canva, Word and Presentation
- Knowledge of plants and interior decor will be an added advantage
- Organized, creative and able to work with minimum supervision
- Trustworthy, reliable and flexible
- Preferably Female and living on the island
Responsibilities
- Arrange store merchandise in a creative and aesthetically peasing manner
- In depth knowledge of store products and care
- Assist customers with making a choice of podut based on their needs and taste
- Provide after care support to clients
- Make arrangements for delivery
- Receive store supplies and check for quality control
- Prepare invoices and plant care instructions for clients
- Keep detailed daily records and inventory reports
- Assist CEO with presentations, itinery and any other assigned work tasks
- Boost sales through social media and excellent customer service
Benefits
- N30,000 to N50,000 salary
- 5% commission
- Flexible work hours
