Job Title: Client Service Manager
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / MSc qualification.
- Must be fluent in spoken English.
- Should be familiar with the use of CRM.
- Must be able to put up a good presentation.
- Have knowledge in financial services, Real Estate.
- Possess strong ethical practice.
- Must have related job experience.
- Must be willing to resume within a week.
- Preferably female for gender balance.
- The candidate should reside in Mainland
Responsibilities
- Provide regular updates toclients.
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with eachclient.
- Coordinate internal projects.
- Handle and resolve client queries.
- Develop strategies for improving customer services.
- Train other client services staff on the use of modern-day customer service best practices.
- Maintain business relationships with existing clients, and bring new clients on board.
