Job Title: Financial Accountant
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that posting and record of accounting transactions are done based on agreed completion cycle time for both stores, support and production operations.
- Ledger review to ensure accuracy and integrity of all transactions.
- Responsible for the Management of company tax and all tax schedules.
- Ensure that all statutory financial reporting and compliance with all current direct and indirect tax legislation are adhered to.
- Responsible for working with tax consultants in ensuring proper tax record system and filling compliance.
- Fixed asset management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement and review of same.
- Daily Treasury report
- Maintenance of store rent schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- ACA, ACCA is an added advantage
- Excellent Financial Reporting Standards
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations
- Strong analytical Skill
- Highly organized and meticulous
- Ability to pay attention to detail

Job Title: Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Coordinate the day-to-day general administrative duties
- Ensure to drive the administrative processes across the organization
- Supervision of Administrative Store and internal requisition processes
- Responsible for organizational asset management
- Responsible for Procurement, Vendor Record and Relationship Management
- Responsible for the organization’s Facility Management including retail outlets
- Responsible for Security Management
- Responsible for the Management of Government and other non-business
- Responsible for utility bills payment and other administrative expenses
- Ensure set up of new retail outlets and its fixtures and fitting
- Responsible for fleet management and Vehicle maintenance
- Budget Preparation and Monitoring
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Management of Company Phone lines and correspondence
- Any other duties which may be reasonably required from time to time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- First Degree from a reputable higher institution
- Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on administrative experience in Retail/ FMCG
- Strong Microsoft Office applications skill
- Should be proactive, self-motivated, driven and result-oriented
- Should have an analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills
- Should have excellent organizational, management and leadership skills.

Job Title: Accounts Payable
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Ensure that all accounting payment requests including payments to vendors and suppliers are processed based on the approved service level agreement -SLA
- Evaluate and determine the validity of invoices/petty cash and impress claims.
- Responsible for all accounting and banking payment record system and software usage.
- Ensure that all business petty cash expenditure payments are done using the stores approved card.
- Ensure that all bank transfer, cost payments completed at stores and support centers are done with appropriate transaction recording.
- Ensure that all postings and bank statement balances are double-checked and signed off for the day
- In charge of the vendor balance account and the monthly bank account reconciliation.
- Analyse expense reports to assign payments to the proper cost centres.
- Carryout out bank reconciliation and revenue assurance.
- Knowledge of basic financial procedures and practices.
- Maintain current accounts and assist in invoicing function.
