Key Responsibilities
- Sell, Sell and Sell
- Develop and deploy strategy collaboratively with relevant Sales and cross-functional leads to understand and meet market demands to improve business performance.
- Create and generate databases to ease marketing activities.
- Ensure a commanding presence both online and offline
- Keep TMA with all our customers
- Coordinate and drive awareness on social media
- Coordinate with operations to ensure your customers are catered for regularly and promptly
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
- Implement branded company-wide promotional campaigns including store specific promotional campaigns
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance analysis
- Report to, and attend regular meetings on Sales and marketing
- Establish relationships with the local community and undertake activities that comply with the company’s corporate social responsibility programs.
Working Hours:
- Hours of work are generally long and should be willing to work weekends and on public holidays.

- You may usually wear a company uniform and dress in accordance with company branding from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of University degree in any field
- A minimum of 5 – 10 years
- Experienced and knowledgeable in food retail business
- Previous roles in middle or senior management in food retail or supermarket management will be an added advantage.
- Proficient computer skills and tech-savvy
- Experience in sales and marketing with strong resilient and tenacity traits
- Training and knowledge of food preparation, storage and hygiene regulations will be an added advantage.
