Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Hausa Speaking)

Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Functions

  • Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat, etc.
  • Handle dissatisfied customers politely and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference.
  • Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.

Experience, Qualification, and Required Skills

  • SSCE / OND, a degree from a reputable institution.
  • 1 year experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & oral).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and the ability to use the internet.

Salary

  • N25,000 – N37,000 monthly.
