Job Brief
- The Admin officer oversees and regularizes administrative concerns and budget control of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Issuing of employment letters and forms and guiding new applicants in completing them.
- Maintain a daily hygienic, safe, and clean office environment.
- Establish a system of filing all company documents in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standard and maintain an effective document retrieval.
- Attend to visitors professionally, taking messages and receive all documents coming into the company and ensuring that are stamped and logged into the register as provided as well as distributing them to their respective recipients. These documents include but not limited to letters, waybills, invoices, certificates, contracts, documents, PO’s.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Ensuring that the executive office is clean and all utensils are adequately placed and arranged.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filling system.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
- Undertaking all office assistant duties.
- Actively partake in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Manage the information held on the HR database and personnel files to ensure it is updated in a timely and accurate manner and complies with any legal or data protection policies.
- Maintain training records for all staff and assist with any training initiatives, as required.

Job Title: Catering Camp Boss

- The Camp boss coordinates and manages all camp activities to reduce wastage while enhancing client’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of catering operations and designated services to the client organization in accordance with the agreement of the contract.
- To deliver the highest possible standard of food with the resources available and within budget.
- Effective management of the team to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results, managing a minimum of 20 team members.
- Manage the Catering Operation with the available resources within budget and to achieve sales and Gross Profit targets.
- To actively seek and identify opportunities and innovation for business growth & development with focus on latest food trends and best practices.
- Ensure hospitality is produced to the highest possible standard and is delivered to the agreed specification
- Motivate, coach and train staff to perform to the highest standards and in line with our policy.

Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Brief
- Responsible for overseeing kitchen staff and its production activities in all locations in delivering quality and exceptional food service to clients and customers.
- Duties includes training staff to cook their dishes, expediting orders to maintain a steady flow of dishes and creating dishes to add to the menu.
- Also, directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portioning cost control, sanitation and cleanliness as required by ISO 22000:2018 Standard.
Responsibilities
- Developing unique and cuisine-appropriate menus.
- Staying current on developing trends in the restaurant industry.
- Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques.
- Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations.
- Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed.
- Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery.
- Provide direction for all day-to-day operations in the kitchen across all locations.
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
- Check and maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.

Qualification & Experience
- A good University Degree in Catering and Hotel Management.
- Degree in Culinary art and food safety certification is an added advantage.
- Food and beverage administration skills.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a reputable catering/hospitality organization.
- Must be able to hold its own by being in absolute control of all kitchen affairs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
