Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Locations: Abuja, Ibadan – Oyo, Ilorin – Kwara, Port Harcourt – Rivers, Warri – Delta, Benin – Edo, Enugu, Kano & Jos – Plateau.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring adequacy of inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items on time and in full.
  • Achieve set targets for warehouse sales and product redistribution.
  • Responsible for securing warehouse as well as supervising Ioaders& Security personnel.
  • Ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing productivity of our warehouse.
  • Analyze shipment logs and review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
  • Track inventory levels and order new supplies in a timely manner.
  • Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs.
  • Implement full compliance to standard operating procedures, controls and health and safety policies as pertaining to sales.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years field sales & warehousing experience.

Job Title: Senior Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities

  • Track, maintain and oversee Inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items.

  • Responsible for securing warehouse as well as supervising Warehouse Executives, Loaders & Security personnel.
  • To track and deliver on most important warehouse KPIs.
  • Track expenses related to fuel, storage, truck maintenance and other overheads.
  • Ensure full compliance to standard operating procedures, controls and health and safety policies as pertaining to sales

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years field sales & warehousing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of Retail Outlets and Dealers
  • Effectively plan and allocate target to all stations.
  • Ensure that stations orders are followed up with the Customer Service to avoid stock out.
  • Effectively manage each customer account to ensure the sales target are fully achieved.
  • Guidance to dealers as business consultants.
  • Actively seek to develop new retail channel business off the forecourt.
  • Customer Relationship Management by acting as the primary client interface at the Branch level.

Experience

  • At least 3 years Sales / Marketing Experience.

Job Title: Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the continued profitability and growth of the business from each customer account managed and serves as the liaison officer of the company In his/her location in terms of relationship management with government agencies, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
  • Develop, approve and implement the Annual Sales Plan for effective management of all sales outlets to meet set targets in volume and margin within the sales outlets in the branch.
  • Ensures the full and complete implementation of business agreements.
  • Effectively manage sales executives and retail outlet dealers to achieve the set objectives for stations in the branch.
  • To ensure effective distribution of our various range of products via a gap free market coverage.
  • To establish periodic goals, objectives, devise strategies and tactics towards achieving the set goals.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years field sales experience with territorial management.

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Pan – Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Managing the overall performance of the regional sales team towards the attainment of business objectives.
  • Develop and implement the annual sales plan.
  • Also responsible for ensuring profitable returns on all company products sold through the various strategic business units – retail, C&I. Lubricants, Depots, etc
  • Identify and evaluate new business and retail channel opportunities.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies and plans In line with the Company’s corporate objectives.
  • Coordinate, supervise and motivate sales teams to achieve set targets.
  • Train and develop sales team in the region.

Qualifications

  • Good university degree in any related discipline.
  • An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 13 years cognate experience in professional selling, preferably in Downstream Oil & Gas or FMCG Industry with at least 7 years at a managerial level.
  • Good knowledge of MS office applications.

  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven track records in leading sales team(s)
