Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Functions
- Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat, etc.
- Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference.
- Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Handle dissatisfied customers politely and professionally.
- Track and follow up on all customer request promptly.
- Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
- Identify and implement new process plans to improve customer support service.
- Manage a large volume of customer calls in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful way.
Experience, Qualification, and Required Skills:
- OND / HND qualification from a reputable institution.
- 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Excellent communication skills (both written & oral).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and the ability to use the internet.
Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
Job Title: Operations Officer
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Functions
- Maintain 100% collections rate.
- Manage repayment instruments (direct debit and cheque).
- Manage disbursement on Gemini and Bank.
- Manage posting on the banking application (Gemini).
- Performs loan management functions such as loan creation, loan disbursement, liquidation etc.
- Customer and loan document management.
- To maintain designated accounting records for all receipts and payment within the company and ensure that vouchers are properly coded and keyed into the computer system on daily basis.
- To assist in credit control which shall among others involve contacting client with due balance and providing reconciliation if need be.
Experience, Qualification, and Required Skills
- HND / B.Sc Degree from a reputable institution.
- 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Excellent communication skills (both written & oral).
- Research Capability, Numeracy and Work Philosophy.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and the ability to use the internet.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
