- We seeking to recruit urgently an experience administrator who has hands-on experience working as an HR & Admin executive, managing people process, operations, and faclities.

Responsibilities
- Oversees and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Recruit and select staff
- Supervising, mentoring , training and coaching staffs and delegating assignments to ensure Maximum productivity
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Manage office budget
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems

Job Description
- We seeking to recruit urgently an experience accountant to ensure effective bookkeeping, financial transactions and regulatory compliance. The employment is Full time.
Responsibilities
- Auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
- Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, with all tax regulations.
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and
- conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- 2 years experience as an Accountant
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks,QuickBooks, Sage, e.t.c
- Relevant professional certification e.g Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants of (ACCA)
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
