Job location: Lekki, Lagos
Our client, a residential estate of over 300 units at Elegushi, Lekki is currently in need of an Account Officer
Responsibilities
• Issue a report breakdown of income and expenditure
• Issue report of weekly POS payments reconciliation with bank statements
• Issue report of bank statements and internal payment records’ reconciliation
• Track residents’ payment reversals,notify affected residents and to ensure fund recovery to theAssociation
• Reconcile power token purchases, internal records with bank/POS payments against vendor back-end generated data of token sold
• Other assigned accounting responsibilities
Basic Requirements
• B. Sc or HND in Accounting or related field
• Ability to use accounting software packages
• Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• At least 3years’ experience as an Account Officer
• Ability to prepare Cash flow Statement and Financial Report
• Budget Planning and Control
• Good Analytical Skill
Salary:
N1.8million gross per annum
