Job Title: Assistant Logistics / Purchasing Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- Research, compare and analyze varieties of official needs, evaluate prospective suppliers, and ensure purchases comply with Company’s standards
- Create and maintain a good relationship with vendors/suppliers
- Develop plan for purchasing administrative needs and close transactions with optimal terms
- Negotiate the best deal of pricing; and ensure products and supplies are cost-efficient and of high quality
- Assist in preparing of vehicle papers and ensure same are available as at when due without exemptions
- Ensure all administrative tools are working perfectly and efficiently, also provide solution in event of any default.
- Booking of domestic flights and reservation of hotel accommodation for staff
- And other task assigned by the Supervisor and Head of Department
Requirements
- First Degree (HND / B.Sc.) in any discipline
- The candidate must have at least 2 years working experience.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 / month.
