Main Duties and Responsibilities
Learning and Development
• Build a business model for income generation in the area of learning and development for business corporations, government agencies, as well as private individuals/entrepreneurs
• Identify learning and development gaps/needs of organizations and proffer appropriate solutions that may include company-wide training, individual coaching, workplace counseling, etc.
• Engage up-to-date Learning Management Systems (LMS), online, classroom and blended learning in the deployment and facilitation of training programs
• Produce training materials (internal and external) for courses/workshops as required
• Develop and coordinate induction, traineeship and other training programs for internal staff
• Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of staff learning and development programs and implementation of an annual corporate training plan and budget
• Maintaining relationships with vendors and partner-consultants
• Act as the Organization Development representative on any committees, forums and focus groups as may be required
• Identify and recommend areas of improvement in OD activities, services and policies
• Assist with the development and implementation of strategic OD and Business Improvement policy and programs

Business Development
• Develop income generating strategies/ideas for business growth of the learning and development service-line
• Actively engage in online and offline marketing activities for business growth
• Support business development initiatives and activities of other HR services that include Recruitment, BackgroundChecks and HR Consulting
• Exercise initiative, judgment, and tact at ensuring client enquiries, concerns and service-related issues are resolved adequately.
• Portray positive image by ensuring that the organization’s values are displayed in the discharge of assigned duties
• Represent the executive/company at business or social functions as the need arises
• Carry out all other related duties assigned by Supervisor(s) and/or Management towards the growth of the organization
