Customer Care Officer at Olive Multi-Specialist Hospitals

Olive Multi-Specialist Hospitals in collaboration with the Platinum Hospital India was established to improve access to advanced medical and surgical interventions. We provide a range of services from surgical solutions to internal medicine solutions. Olive Multi-specialist hospital also has a customized helipad, which offers a unique field to hospital helicopter rescue service. In a typical emergency a helicopter will be dispatched from a partner service and the client will be transported directly to hospital.

Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in any Social Science disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Customer Care Officer in a hospital or related field
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical Problem solving kills
  • High level of attention to details
  • Active listening and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes customers warmly as they enter the hospital
  • Responds to inquiries from patients/customers
  • Provides necessary information concerning the hospital’s services
  • Maintains information of customers and visitors
  • Assists and directs patients and visitors to the appropriate places
  • Identifies needs of our customers and promptly attend to them
  • Handles customers’ complaints and follow up to ensure speedy resolution
  • Answers incoming calls and responds to queries over the phones and through emails
