Job Summary
- Mwanga Limited is a pioneer and independent Debt Recovery and Customer Support firm which is based in Maryland, Lagos.
- We are looking for smart and agile graduates/part-time students to contact debtors and claim outstanding loans.
- This will be done primarily through telecommunication channels.

Job Description
- Manage recovery of overdue payments from customers by reaching out to customers.
- Give an accurate report on customers reached out to weekly.
- Understand the assigned product and be persuasive enough to convince customers to pay amounts due using available repayment methods.
- Aim to hit set individual/team targets by collecting overdue loans.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts, update and maintains accurate records.
- Perform other assigned duties necessary to support the portfolio weekly.
Job Experience
- OND / HND Qualification.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Preferably resident within 1-hour driving distance from Maryland, Lagos.
