Job Title: IT Application Support Engineer

Job Description

  • Serves as first level support on all incidents with online publication systems;
  • Conducts diagnostics and solves faults arising from online publication systems;
  • Ensures that online customers are properly engaged and subscribed;
  • Implement, manage and maintain all enterprise applications such as:
    • Ms Office – Teams, Outlook, E-Drive Etc
    • Accounting Software (Zero)
    • Freshwork, Freshdesk, Freshsale, Freshchat
    • Chatbots And Other Customer Service Tools
    • Hr And Salary Management Tools / Solution

Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 4 – 6 years relevant experience.
