Job Description
- Serves as first level support on all incidents with online publication systems;
- Conducts diagnostics and solves faults arising from online publication systems;
- Ensures that online customers are properly engaged and subscribed;
- Implement, manage and maintain all enterprise applications such as:
- Ms Office – Teams, Outlook, E-Drive Etc
- Accounting Software (Zero)
- Freshwork, Freshdesk, Freshsale, Freshchat
- Chatbots And Other Customer Service Tools
- Hr And Salary Management Tools / Solution
Requirements
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 4 – 6 years relevant experience.
