We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Includes but not limited to:

  • Cleaning guestrooms mid-stay and after departure.
  • Making beds.
  • Replacing dirty linens and towels.
  • Restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, drinking glasses and other accessories.
  • Picking up and returning laundry items.
  • Report and notifying the Supervisor about broken appliances, light bulbs and other damages.
  • Cleaning public spaces like lobbies, stairways and urinals.
  • Carry out other tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by your supervisor.

Deliverables for the Role:

  • Honesty, truthful and being trustworthy are an expected personality for consideration.
  • Must be polite, courteous, and helpful, resolving all misunderstandings in a prompt manner
  • Enforce rules and policies of the hotel.
  • Upholding the hotel’s confidentiality and security standards.
  • Follow all relevant health department regulations and comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Must know how to Respect “do not disturb” signs and guest privacy while discharging duties.
  • Must be able to maintain a personal appearance by presenting yourself in a neat clean and professional manner at all times

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE, OND and SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 10 years work experience.

Remuneration

  • Salary Range is btw 20,000 to 22,000 NGN.

Job Title: Chef

Location: Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Includes but not limited to:

  • Cook tasty dishes that exceed guests’ expectations.
  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
  • Check quality of ingredients. Check for freshness and discard out-of-date items.
  • Monitor stocks and place orders proactively before there are shortages.
  • Supervise assistant cook and ensure high quality/taste of food at all times.
  • Carry out other tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by your manager.
  • The normal working schedule will be One day on and one day off.
  • From time to time, you will be required to work such reasonable amount of additional time / overtime on as may be necessary.

Deliverables For The Role:

  • Enforce rules and policies of the hotel.
  • Must be versatile in national and continental dishes as well as in baking of pastries.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Ensure that food menu is updated at all times.

Personal Attributes / Qualifications

  • Must be honest with a high sense of integrity, neat and very coordinated.
  • Must be very hardworking and play well in a team.
  • Must speak good English and communicate well to both team members and guests.
  • Having the required professional certificate is an added advantage to the years of experience in relevant field.
  • FSLC / SSCE /  OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 2 – 30 years work experience.

Salary
N33,000 – N40,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Laundry Attendant

Location: Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Includes but not limited to:

  • Sorting, washing, drying folding, ironing, and organizing all hotel laundry, which can include towels, sheets, bathrobes, guests’ clothing and more.
  • Retire bed sheets and towels that has unremovable stains or holes.
  • Operate washing and drying machines.
  • Mixing and measuring of soaps, detergents, and cleaning products.
  • Carry out other tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by your supervisor.

Deliverables for the Role:

  • Must have mastery of the operations of domestic and industrial washing machines.
  • Must have knowledge of types of chemicals used in laundries as well as how to remove stains.
  • Ensure availability of clean linens, towels and other hotel laundry at all times.
  • Handling guest laundry within agreed timeframe promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Good communication skill is an added advantage.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / NCE / OND and SSCE / GCE / NECO / FSLC qualification with 2 – 15 years work experience.

Salary
N20,000 – N22,000 monthly
