Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description
- The Production Supervisor is a member of the production team and reports to the Production Manager
- He/She will in conjunction with the Production team, ensure exceptional quality of products that delight our customers at all times in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and adherence to the standard operating procedure by team members
- Support the production Manager in product development activities
- Production data analysis
- Ensure established quality standards
- Ensure seamless production process
- Assist the Production Manager in arriving at cost estimates and budget preparation
- Administer work schedules for the production team
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Ensure compliance with established Health and Safety standards in line with existing regulations
- Ensure adequate and safe storage facility
- Assist Human Resources during recruitment exercise and in training of new employees
- Communicate any relevant company information and updates to procedures to personnel
- Ensure the team members comply with company rules and regulations
- Handle conflict resolution and performance management amongst team members before escalation
- Ensure workplace is safe and clean through task delegation and educating personnel
KPIs
- Generate periodic production reports
- Generate periodic quality control and assurance reports
- Generate periodic stock reports
- Generate safety reports
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Food Science / Food Technology, Biology Science etc. Professional certification would be an added advantage
- Work experience: 4 years work experience as a Production Supervisor in a Food & Beverage Industry
- Age: 30-35 years

Job Title: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Supervisor
Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager.
Job Description
- He/She will monitor,inspect and test materials for production,and products to ensure adherence to the established quality standards.
Responsiblities
- In conjuction with the HOD,direct audit activities commensurate to the production schedules.
- To support the HOD in review of the quality assurance policies and Procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Health,Safety and Environment regulations.
- To interpret quality control system to people within the organization
- To assist the HOD in evaluating adequency of quality assurance standards
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
- In conjunction with the HOD,plan,conduct,monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished products quality
- Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- To support the HOD in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- To recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Evaluation audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
KPIs:
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Generate weekly,monthly and annual report on level of compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Generate periodic reports on monitoring,testing and inspection of materials and products at ensuring the best quality in the finished products
- Generate reports on Investigated customer complaints,non-conformance issues and solutions proffered and implemented
- Generate periodic reports on Health and Safety issues
Requirements
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Food Science / Food Technology, Biological Sciences etc. Knowledge of tools,concepts and methodogies of QA/QC.
- Professional certification would be an added advantage.
Work Experience:
- 4 years work experience as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Supervisor in a Food/Beverage Industry

Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Ota, Ogun

Job Summary
- The Production Manager would lead the production team and report to the Head of Operations
- He/She would ensure exceptional quality of products that delight our clients/customers at all times in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure adhere to the standard operating procedure by team members
- Product development
- Production data analysis
- Establish and ensure quality standards
- Production planning
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Assessment of project and resource needs
- Create work schedules for the production team
- Oversee production processes
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
- Establish Health and Safety standards in line with existing regulations
- Maintain adequate and safe storage facility
- Establish and implement an effective and efficient stock management system(raw materials and finished products).
- Ensure control and disposal of waste items in line with existing regulations of the environmental Protection Agency(at the three tiers of government)
- Assist Human Resources during recruitment exercise and in the training of new employees
- Complete performance appraisals
- Coach employees
- Communicate any relevant company information and updates to procedures to personnel
- Enforce company rules and regulations
- Handle conflict resolution and performance management with the support of HR team
- Ensure the workplace is safe and clean through task delegation and educating personnel
- Train personnel on new equipment and review all equipment and safety procedures based on necessity and scheduled reviews

Requirements
- Educational / Professional Qualification: B.Sc. / HND in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science Laboratory Technology etc Professional certification would be an added advantage
- Work experience: 7+ years work experience as a Production Manager in Chemical and Allied Industry-Soap Manufacturing Company
- Age: 40-45years

Salary
N180,000 – N220,000 monthly.
