We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Financial Reporting Analyst

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

  • Preparing timely and error-free documentation that gives evidence of the company’s financial standing
  • Apply International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to create or update financial statements and records
  • Protecting the integrity of the organization reporting process by producing and maintaining correct and up-to-date financial statements and data.
  • Ensure books of account are properly updated at all time
  • Coordinating with various departments and monitoring annual and quarterly deliverables for external auditors
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial stats, data, and reports from various departments, and suggesting activities for future income of the organization.
  • Compilation, generation and monitoring of budget and budget performance.
  • Helping the organization to adhere and comply with various statues and regulatory requirements from Government agencies and others.
  • Providing information to investors, promoters, debt provider, shareholders, and creditors in order to assist them in making rational and prudent decisions regarding investment, credits etc
  • To promote orderliness, direction, consistency, accountability, adherence to laws, regulations and contracts.

Knowledge and Experience

  • B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Economics plus 2-3 years of financial reporting and/or audit experience.
  • ACA or ACCA (Candidate in the final stage of their professional exams can be considered)
  • Advanced PC skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel to including complex formulas, V lookup and Pivot tables.
  • Ability to create Excel macros is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Access, SQL Queries and Business Objects also a plus.

Job Title: Head, Corporate Administration

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Department: Corporate Administration
Reporting Manager: CEO

Job Purpose

  • The Head Corporate Administration will supervise daily support operations of Phase 3 Telecom and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. S/he will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different aspects of work.
  • The HCA must be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently ensuring that all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly

Key Responsibilities
Office Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance of the office environment and management of its security by ensuring that staff responsible for its day to day operations are properly monitored to deliver on agreed objectives.
  • Supervise the formulation, implementation and monitoring of policies; security, procurement, health and safety e.t.c
  • Ensure the availability and allocation of supplies for general office use including stationeries, consumables, work tools and office space while working closely with the finance team to monitor budget provisions for same.
  • Coordinate administrative maintenance matters with the regional supervisor of POPS and related head office technical personnel
  • Work with relevant team members to liaise with regulatory agencies on matters that relates to the office premises and site locations. These include but are not limited to:AMAC (FCDA), AEPB, etc
  • Ensure coordination of power supply to official premises including PHCN and alternate sources of power provision
  • Manage the insurance of all company assets in liaison with appropriate departments.

Procurements:

  • Oversee all procurement processes ensuring an updated list of contractors and development of relevant forms and documentation as required.
  • To ensure procurement committee meetings are held as required under the company policy while managing the competencies of all procurement committee members through required trainings in line Phase 3 guidelines
  • To ensure all payment go through necessary approvals processes and relationship with vendors are maintained for optimal effectiveness and value for money
  • To review and verify cost of procurement by department and provide cost effective procurement guidance.

Assets/Logistics:

  • Ensure proper recording of all organisational assets and monitor periodic updates as necessary by relevant staff.
  • Development of policy documents and procedures for all company logistic activities.
  • Work closely with the Fleet and Insurance Manager to manage the company fleet while ensuring effective supervision of all drivers.

Qualifications
Academic and Education Background:

  • B.Sc in Business Administration or Public Administration in combination with seven additional years of qualifying experience
  • MSc in business administration or public administration will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in administration or a related area.
  • General experience in the varying facets if Administration is required.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
