A leading Real Estate Development company is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control / Quality Assurance Manager

Job Ref: QAQC – 001
Location: Lagos

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in Building / Architecture / Civil Engineering. Post Graduate Qualification, Certification with SON and Evidence of registration with CORBON / ARCON / COREN is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7years Experience in a multinational building construction Organisation with 5 years experience as a Quality Control / Quality Assurance
• Proficiency with the use of MS Office suite, CAD, MS Project. BlM.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• With good verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design a Quality Control / Quality Assurance manual for the organisation.
• Carry out daily work inspection on site
• Approve every stage of work done on site
• Write a non-conformant report and recommend a remedial action
• Issue out a job certification to contractors before final payment
• Create a materials sample board / room
• Coordinate materials testing on the entire project.
