Job Summary
- The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving data-driven sales campaigns for products, services, and pharmaceuticals distribution services.
- Your goal will be to develop and implement strategic marketing activities, designed to achieve revenue targets and generate conversions to long-term customers and members. You will also prepare distribution/sales agreements for 3rd party products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth for all allocated product lines.
- Service existing clients and establish new accounts by planning and marketing activities.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on new services and products relevant to EHA Clinics’ business.
- Schedule product and service description presentations, and prepare appropriate documents such as brochures and proposals, etc.
- Answer customers’ questions and provide information on our services, medical equipment, and pharmaceuticals distribution.
- Keep the leadership of EHA Clinics informed by submitting activity and results reports.
- Recommend improvements for processes, service delivery, and policies to ensure you achieve revenue targets.
- Effectively follow-up on all generated and assigned leads.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Marketing:
- Develop innovative ways to communicate EHA Clinics’ facilities, products, and services to potential and existing customers.
- Work with the Communications and Branding Coordinator to Implement internal and external marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with the Communications and Branding coordinator to oversee the design process of EHA Clinic’s publicity materials.
- Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, conferences, etc.
- Identify new opportunities and threats within the customer environment and channel them through to the appropriate quarters.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Prepare and submit proposals or brochures to prospective clients.
Relationship Management:
- Gather information from customers to understand their needs and detailed requirements.
- Maintain contact with the customers and stakeholders constantly to ensure satisfaction and determine their needs.
- Be responsible for serving as the liaison between the company and customers.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Service Level Management:
- Ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels.
- Create and maintain a catalog of available services.
- Diagnose service delivery problems and initiate actions to improve levels of service.
Requirements

Required:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years proven experience in Sales and Marketing and Relationship Manager.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction).
Desired:
- Experience in the healthcare industry or pharmaceutical distribution industry will be a strong advantage.

Job Title: Project Manager, Community Health

Job Summary
- The Project Manager, Community Health, will work closely with the Medical and Operations team of EHA Clinics to drive a sustainable, low-cost community healthcare delivery model accessible to individuals and families in the places they live and work.
- For Nigeria to make progress towards Universal Health Coverage, it will require an exponential increase in access to quality primary care and community healthcare services. The Project Manager, Community Health will drive the effort to reach communities with healthcare services and products, social insurance, and other products/services to improve health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of community health nurses (CHNs), community health extension workers (CHEWs), community volunteers, and marketers to deliver high-quality community-based health care.
- Actively monitor the performance of team members to ensure they meet service delivery, sales, membership, and other program targets.
- Identify barriers to service delivery and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Rapidly and iteratively pilot CHEW initiatives in selected communities to test feasibility, acceptability, and profitability before expanding them throughout the program.
- Expand the portfolio of products and services that CHEWs will sell in the communities based on market analysis.
- Organize community health events to promote our services and memberships.
- Using the geographical boundaries, develop a clear list of potential target groups and vigorously engage them for membership enrolment and service delivery.
- Support in the hiring and supervise EHA Clinics CHEW teams of nurses and CHEWs.
- Training and mentoring of service providers on sales and marketing techniques.
- Work with the EHA Clinics team to develop training programs for CHEWs.
- Co-opt key opinion leaders, community leaders, community stakeholders, local and state government officials to facilitate the growth of the program.
- Assist in community-based healthcare research studies and projects by co-creating study proposals, grant applications, etc.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of medicines, tests, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Support and assist with different forms of data gathering and analysis
- Prepare proposals for partnerships and other purposes.
- Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery.
Requirements
