We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Reconciliation Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Functions

  • Reconcile and monitor all inflows into the system (POS and Wallet Top-ups), relating with product partners on the different issues

Core Responsibilities

  • Do a daily reconciliation on the products listed above and a monthly review on them.
  • Treat agent issues that the customer support team escalate (on the previously listed products)
  • Communicate with the company’s partners on these products
  • Do a monthly review on other product reconciliation done by the team
  • Report and analyse data for the company on different products

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years work experience.
