Job Title: Assistant Facilitator

Locations: Osogbo, Ilesha – Osun and Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

• We are looking for a Training Facilitator to prepare, coordinate and evaluate educational programs for our clients.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc with a minimum of 1 year experience.
• Professional Certification in any of HRM, PMP, HSE, CRM
• Familiarity with Talent Management and career paths
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and advance in knowledge.
• Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
• Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
