Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Requirements
You must:
- Have a minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree.
- Have three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in similar field.
- Be able to profile white collar and blue collar jobs.
- Be able to outsource for clients that need the company’s services.
- Have good writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Have legit contact of Vendor Registration.
- Be very good at client service delivery.
- Develop strong internal and customer relations.
- Be able to handle Manpower outsourcing.
- Be very good with B2B.
- Have extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding in the real estate industry.
- Have verifiable track record in closing outsourcing transactions.
- Be good with using social media to market HR Services.
- Be a basic user of Microsoft excel.
- Be able to adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Be open to travel
- Be residing around Ikeja axis.
- Have a great client based network.
