JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Job description and Responsibilities
The job position allows the individual to combine excellent skills of customer service, relationship management and presentations with cross selling, upselling, telesales and marketing both online and off-line, in attracting, satisfying and retaining customers.

The candidate should be flexible, with great people skills & has the ability to adapt with the constant dynamic changes in the customer service and sales world.

Job Requirements
If you have previous experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar relationship/managerial role, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate also needs working knowledge of sales, and CRM.

Skills and Qualification
* HND/Bsc. in any related course of study
* Proficiency with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word specifically)
* Strong customer relationship management and selling skills with a charming problem-solving attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum of 1 year working experience

Remuneration
#70,000 – #90,000 monthly (Negotiable) + Commission on sales closed
