Job Description

  • An outstanding Customer Service Executive do everything possible so yourcustomersare not merely satisfied. They’re actually happy with your products andservices.
  • They report to a general manager, making them middle-management level officers. They ensure a business customersreceive outstanding support and all their needs are met.

Their major Job Duties includes:

  • A customer service executive is charged with establishing customer service guidelines within an organization.
  • Overseeing thecustomer service process.
  • Creating policies and procedures.
  • Managing a team of representatives offeringcustomer support.
  • Resolvingcustomercomplaints brought to your attention.
  • Planning the training and delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Managerial and Customer related course of study.
  • Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability, Leadership, Managerial Skills, Multi-Tasking, Big-Picture Thinking.
  • At least 5 years work experience.
  • Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth Research and Analysis.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 / month.
